Design
1. EC motor design: EC motor adopts electronic commutation technology, which can achieve higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and more stability than traditional AC motors.
2. Energy-saving design: The high efficiency and energy saving of EC motor greatly reduces the energy consumption of the entire ventilation system, thus saving energy costs for users.
3. Efficient design: The air channel of the EC Inline duct fan has been optimized, which makes the air volume and pressure more stable and improves the efficiency.
4. Steel plate shell: The shell of EC Inline duct fan is made of steel plate, which has better durability and protection performance.
5. Surface spray treatment: The surface of the shell is treated with surface spray, which has better corrosion resistance and anti-fouling ability, and at the same time has higher aesthetics.
6. Large air volume: The design of EC Inline duct fan enables it to generate greater air volume and adapt to a wider range of ventilation needs.
7. High wind pressure: EC Inline duct fan can maintain stable operating efficiency under high wind pressure, and is suitable for high wind pressure occasions required by special applications.
8.The inlet fitting has a profiled header which ensures smooth air flow into the fan. Conically shaped impelles with specially profiled blades cause circular velosity rise, that resuts in air flow boost and pressure increase comparing to conventional design.
9.This series of products can be optionally upgraded to IP66 or higher protection against water.

Speed Control
The fan speed is controlled with a 0–10 V control signal from the following sources:
• integrated or external speed controller
• controller with sensors
• central BMS system.
The control signal value changes depending on air temperature, pressure,smoke concentration and other parameters.
During signal value change the fan with EC motor correspondingly changes the rotations speed and delivers required air volume to the ventilation system.
The computer central building management systems (BMS) enable integration of several EC motors in network and precise individual operation control for each fan.
●For your convenience, each of our machines comes standard with an 86-type 0-10V speed controller (model SE-86)
