This online tool is designed to help cannabis growers calculate the dehumidification load required for their grow rooms, based on factors such as room size, plant density, and watering amounts for different growth stages of cannabis (Seedling, Vegetative, and Flowering). By providing accurate dehumidifier capacity recommendations, this tool ensures that your cannabis plants thrive in an optimal environment with ideal humidity control.
How the Calculator Works
The calculator uses a simple yet effective method to estimate the daily dehumidification load:
Watering Amount: The tool calculates dehumidification based on the amount of water used in the growing process. Each plant’s daily watering amount is multiplied by 95%, which is the estimated humidity that needs to be removed.
Growth Stages: The calculator is designed to handle different cannabis growth stages:
Seedling: Default watering of 100ml per plant/day.
Vegetative: Default watering of 350ml per plant/day.
Flowering: Default watering of 1L per plant/day.
Room Dimensions: Input your grow room’s length, width, and height to calculate the room’s area and the total dehumidification load.
Plant Density: Input the number of cannabis plants per square meter (or per 10 square feet), and the tool will calculate the total plant count for the grow room based on the active growing area.
Unit Switching: The calculator supports both metric and imperial units, allowing users from different regions to switch between meters/feet, square meters/square feet, liters/gallons, and Celsius/Fahrenheit.

How to Use the Calculator
Enter Room Dimensions: Input the length, width, and height of your grow room.
Input Plant Density: Enter the number of plants per square meter (or 10 square feet).
Select Growth Stage: Choose the correct growth stage of your plants (Seedling, Vegetative, or Flowering).
